Inkbeck ("we", "us") runs inkbeck.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. If you have any questions, email us at hello@inkbeck.com.

What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address.
- Orders: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number (if you give it) and what you ordered. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Browsing: information about your device and how you use our website, collected through cookies.

How we use it
- To email you about the launch, send your waitlist discount code and share occasional news about new designs. We only do this with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.
- To process, deliver and support your orders (to perform our contract with you and meet our legal obligations).
- To reply to your messages (our legitimate interest in helping you).
- To run and improve our website and measure our advertising (our legitimate interests). Where this uses non-essential cookies, we ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our shop, including Shopify (our website and store platform), payment providers and delivery companies. They may only use your information to provide their services to us. If you accept marketing cookies, we also work with advertising partners such as Meta.

Some partners, including Shopify and Meta, also use information for their own purposes, such as fraud prevention and advertising, as described in their own privacy policies. You can read Shopify's at privacy.shopify.com. We never sell your personal information.

Where it is processed
Your information may be stored and processed outside the UK by us and by our service providers. Where our providers transfer data out of the UK, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it
Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Order records: for six years, as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email hello@inkbeck.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
