Terms of service

These terms apply when you use inkbeck.com or buy from us. You can contact us at hello@inkbeck.com.

Pre-launch
Our first edition is not on sale yet. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything.

Orders
When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't fulfil your order, for example because a design has sold out, we'll let you know and won't charge you, or we'll refund you in full.

Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. UK delivery is free.

Product images
Our images show each design as we intend it to look, and some are concept images created before the first edition is made. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and finished scarves may vary slightly from the images.

Cancelling and returns
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your scarf. Our Refund policy explains how to return it and get your money back.

Faulty items
If your scarf is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our designs
All designs, images and text on this website belong to Inkbeck. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on our website when you place your order is the one that applies.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
